 DMS Consulting was founded by Doreen Sullivan, drawing on more than 25 years of experience working within the financial services environment. Throughout her career, Doreen has developed a strong understanding of regulatory expectations, organisational structures, and the careful handling of responsibilities that require accuracy, discretion, and continuity.

During this time, she recognised that many individuals and businesses receive specialist advice from accountants, lawyers, and other professionals, yet the practical coordination of responsibilities often remains with the client. Important matters can easily become fragmented across different advisers, systems, and obligations.

Doreen built DMS Consulting to provide a more personal, discreet and dependable form of support. Her approach is rooted in reliability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility to those she works with. Throughout her professional career she has built a reputation for consistently meeting, and often exceeding expectations, something that clients continue to value.
